On its own ground of 6.8 ha in the area of the old Popowice harbour (ul. Wejherowska), Rank progress SA is planning to develop a residential housing estate called MARINA PARK together with service and office facilities with the total area of about 113,000 m2.

 The unique character of the housing estate, with its own natural marina and location next to the main communication routes of Wroclaw, will ensure business success of the project. The fact that two park complexes surround the area with attractive sports facilities (the ORBITA sports hall and swimming pool complex at Wejherowska street) will undoubtedly guarantee a great demand for apartments in this area.

 As part of the above-described venture we have already demolished the existing buildings. We have prepared conceptual designs and we are working on liquidation of the network clashes in the area of the project.
